I had several of these as a child, but they have probably been lost to the Goodwill by now. Hrm, maybe I should check the parent's closet?

This particular unit was Ms. Pennypecker's uncle's. He apparently played it all the time. It looks new though, but I guess that's what you get when an adult owns it.

Target had a sale one day and it seemed like a good purchase. Now I can finish up those DS games that have been languishing in the stack of unplayed games and finally finish up the Professor Layton series.

The 3DS launched in the US on February 26, 2011 for $249. Less than 6 months later it was reduced to $169. We picked it up for $141.55 on July 27th 2013.
